We’ve created a refreshing summer drink to help you beat the heat.

For a limited time this August, Guesthouse PAW is serving our Homemade Ume Soda, made with our own syrup crafted by slowly steeping Japanese-grown ume (Japanese plums).

Each glass is filled with sparkling bubbles and the delicate aroma of ume, creating a light, refreshing drink that’s perfect after a hot day or a relaxing bath.

If you prefer, we can also prepare it without sparkling water.
