About Facility Use
Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. We can guide you to a designated outdoor smoking area, so please ask us at check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00.
If you plan to arrive after 22:00, please contact us in advance and we will accommodate you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various cashless payment methods (credit cards, QR code payments, and e-money). Cash is generally not accepted.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You may enjoy them in the shared dining area or in your room.
For safety reasons, please refrain from using portable gas stoves or hot plates.
Is there a bath?
We have a shower room available in the building.
There is no bathtub, but we can guide you to nearby day-use hot spring facilities (about 10 minutes by car).

How can I make a reservation? Do you accept phone or email bookings?
Booking through our official reservation page offers the best rates.
You can also book via Jalan, Rakuten Travel, and Booking.com.
We do not accept reservations by phone or email, so please use one of the websites above.
Can I stay with pets?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
Can infants stay?
Yes, infants are welcome. Preschool children can stay free of charge if they share a bed.
Is group use or private booking available?
Yes, it is possible.

Do you offer ski resort discount tickets or lift passes?
We are sorry, but we do not offer ski resort discount tickets or lift passes.
Do you offer ski rentals?
We do not provide ski or snowboard rentals. We can guide you to nearby rental shops.
Do you provide shuttle service?
We offer free shuttle service to nearby bus stops (Okubo / Soba Museum) at check-in and check-out.
Please note that due to limited staff, this service may not be available during peak seasons. Feel free to ask us in advance.
Can I interact with the resident cats?
We do have cats, but this is not a facility designed for interacting with them.
The cats roam freely, so there may be days when you do not see them.
If a cat happens to come near you, we kindly ask that you watch over them gently.
